Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it current.

2. The Service and your licence

Subject to these Terms and to the plans you hold, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Service for your own learning and business use. The Service, including all course content, films, templates, calculators and software, is owned by SMEMinds or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law.

One account holds every Playbook you buy. Access to a particular Playbook depends on holding a current subscription that covers it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) copy, resell, sublicense, publicly distribute or share your access or the content; (b) reverse engineer or scrape the Service; (c) circumvent access controls, paywalls or usage limits; (d) upload unlawful, infringing or harmful material; or (e) use the Service to build a competing product. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Plans, billing and taxes

Paid plans are billed on the cycle shown at checkout. Prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate; the tax is shown broken out on your invoice. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every successful payment and can be downloaded from your account. Add your GSTIN before paying to have it printed on the invoice. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store full card details.

5. Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions run for the period shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time from My Subscription: cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is charged on cancellation.

6. Refunds

Paid plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of first purchase, on the terms set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Certificates

Certificates are issued to eligible learners on qualifying paid plans who complete the required coursework and assessment. A certificate evidences completion of a Playbook. It is not a professional accreditation, a guarantee of results, or an endorsement by Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra or any other marketplace.

8. Educational content — no guarantees

The Service provides educational and informational content, including tools that estimate marketplace fees and profitability. Those estimates are illustrative and depend on your inputs and on marketplace policies that change over time. The Service is not financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and we do not guarantee any particular business outcome. Your business decisions remain yours.

9. Third parties and trademarks

“Amazon”, “Flipkart”, “Myntra” and other marketplace names are trademarks of their respective owners. SMEMinds is an independent educational provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those companies.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMEMinds is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email, and continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
