Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. The 7-day money-back guarantee

Every paid plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first purchase of that Playbook. Ask within those seven days and we refund the payment in full. You do not have to justify the request.

2. What is outside the guarantee

• Renewals of a subscription you have already been using.
• Part-used periods after the first seven days.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for a breach of the Terms of Service, such as sharing or redistributing content.
• Nothing in this section limits any right you have under Indian consumer-protection law.

3. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from My Subscription in your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it is not itself a refund. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged.

4. How to request a refund

Write to support@smeminds.com from the email address on the account, with the invoice number or the payment reference. We aim to decide within two working days and will tell you the outcome by email.

5. How the money reaches you

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Razorpay typically settles a refund within 5–7 working days of approval, though the exact date depends on your bank or card issuer. We cannot refund to a different account or instrument.

6. Failed and duplicate payments

If you were charged twice for the same subscription, or charged for a subscription that was never activated, tell us and we refund it in full — the 7-day window does not apply to a payment that should not have been taken.

7. Tax on refunds

Where a payment carried GST, the refund includes the tax and a credit note is issued against the original tax invoice.
