Everything SMEMinds sells is digital. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

1. What you receive
A subscription gives your account immediate access to the Playbook you bought — its lessons and films, checklists, quizzes, calculators and tools, and where the Playbook includes a full application, that application too.
2. When access begins
Access is granted as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a minute of checkout. It appears on your dashboard when you sign in with the account you purchased from — there is nothing to download and nothing to wait for in the post.
3. If access does not appear
If a payment succeeded but the Playbook has not unlocked, sign out and back in first. If it is still locked, write to support@smeminds.com with the payment reference and we will fix it, normally the same working day.
4. Duration
Access continues for as long as the subscription is current. When a subscription ends, your progress, notes and quiz history are kept and resume where you left off if you renew.
