The one-page pack — a dashboard that answers questions instead of showing charts

The problem

Your dashboard has twenty-two tiles. In leadership meetings, three are ever referenced. The other nineteen exist because someone asked for them once, in 2024, and nobody has retired anything since.

The workflow
1List real questions
2One tile per question
3Add target and trend
4Generate commentary
5Fit one page
6Deliver where read
7Track usage
Retire quarterly

What comes back

Revenue — Two west-territory accounts explain 68% of the shortfall; the other 187 were within normal range. Cash runway — Improved 14 days on slower inventory purchasing, not on better collections.

Verify before you use it

Human review required. Check every line below before this leaves your screen.
  • The cash-runway commentary is the important one. An improvement caused by not buying inventory is not an improvement, and a bare number would have read as good news.
  • Resolve the [UNCONFIRMED] item about which five accounts are non-seasonal. That is a five-minute check and it may be the month's real finding.
  • Verify the ₹52L Sharma Traders overdue figure independently. It now appears in two tiles and will be quoted.
  • Check that 'within normal range' is genuine for gross margin — confirm against the last twelve months, not against last month.
