Subscriptions
Access is sold as a prepaid term — monthly, quarterly or yearly — for the Playbook or bundle you select. Auto-renewal is off unless you switch it on. Access ends when the term ends; your learning progress is retained.
Acceptable use
Your account is personal. Sharing credentials, scraping, or redistributing lesson content, videos or downloadable resources terminates access without refund.
Content accuracy
Marketplace fees, policies and programmes change frequently. Every Playbook teaches you where to confirm the live number inside your own seller account. SMEMinds does not guarantee commercial outcomes.
Certificates
Certificates evidence completion of a SMEMinds assessment. They are not a qualification issued by Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra or any marketplace, and are not endorsed by them.
