What we store
Your name, email, optional phone and company, your learning progress, quiz attempts, tool runs you choose to save, and billing records required by law.
Payments
Card and UPI details are handled entirely by the payment gateway. SMEMinds never receives or stores payment instrument data.
Emails
We email you receipts, invoices, password resets and notices about your plan, such as a reminder a week and a day before it ends. Learning reminders ("continue where you left off", at most every two weeks) can be switched off from the link in any of them or in your account. We do not use an AI provider, and your data is not used to train any model.
