Social content — LinkedIn, Instagram and the format that fits each
The problem
You write a good post about a customer problem. It does reasonably on LinkedIn. You paste it into Instagram where it gets four likes, and into a YouTube description where nobody reads it.
The workflow
1Pick one idea
2Write the LinkedIn argument
3Design the carousel
4Script the video
5Write five hooks each
6Publish native
7Track by platform
★Keep what works
What you need
Idea: Most stock reconciliation problems are not counting problems, they are timing problems — the count is right, it was just taken at a different moment from the system entry. Evidence: A customer with three plants spent two days a month reconciling and still found differences.

What comes back
A) LINKEDIN — top hook: 'Your stock count isn't wrong. It's just late.' Your stock count isn't wrong.
Verify before you use it
Human review required. Check every line below before this leaves your screen.
- Confirm the customer has approved this story being told, even anonymously. 'A manufacturer we work with' is still identifiable in a small industry.
- The 400 movements figure — is that real or illustrative? If illustrative, say so or remove it.
- Check the hook against your voice sample. 'Wearing an accuracy costume' is good writing but may not sound like you.
- The video timings are a plan, not a fact. Confirm the animation is producible before committing to the script.
