Write your standing business context block
You are the founder.
Help me write a standing context block about my business that I will paste at the top of every AI conversation. It must be under 250 words and contain everything you would need to give me specific rather than generic answers. Interview me first. Ask me the 8-10 questions you actually need answered to write this well - about my business, customers, market, constraints, goals and how I want you to behave. Ask them all at once so I can answer in one go. Then write the block. It must include: - What the business does and how it makes money - Size: revenue, team, years operating - Who my customers are, specifically - My market and geography, including anything India-specific that changes the answer - My constraints: cash, team, time, capability - My goals for this year, with numbers - How I want you to write: tone, length, directness - The standing rules: never invent a figure, name or source I have not given you; ask rather than assume; use lakh and crore Write it in the first person, as I would paste it. Mark anything you had to guess with [CHECK] so I can correct it.
Write this once. It is the most reused 250 words in your business, and it is why your answers stop sounding like everyone else's.
Before you rely on the answer
- Four hours is the stated capacity. If the real figure is two, redesign — a rhythm you cannot follow is worse than none.
- Check that the Monday slot genuinely catches both past failures. Reorder points must actually be defined for the stock check to mean anything (Lesson 9.6).
- The minimum viable versions are the part that matters. Write them somewhere visible, because you will need them.
- Confirm the early-morning slots are genuinely protectable. A rhythm built on hours you do not control fails in week two.
