Before you use the output

• Does the template contain your standing context — company, audience, tone — so you never retype it? If not, it is not a template.
• Are the three checks specific to your task? 'Check for accuracy' is not a check; 'no number that is not in the raw messages' is.
• Is the output length constrained? Unconstrained summaries drift longer every week until nobody reads them.
• Did you actually time the manual version, or estimate it? Only the timed figure is worth putting in your ROI calculation later.
