- Every number must be defensible in an interview. If you cannot explain how you arrived at ₹3 lakh, either find the documentation or soften the claim.
- Check that no bullet has become more impressive than the truth. 'Rebuilt the process' is accurate; 'transformed the finance function' would not be.
- Read the bullets aloud. If they sound like a job description, they are still duty statements.
- Confirm the formatting is single-column plain text. Many Indian employers screen through systems that mangle anything else.
