  • Did it classify a task as High that actually depends on data the AI has never seen? Availability figures, live stock, this month's numbers — AI cannot know these; it can only format them once you supply them.
  • Did it quietly invent a task you never listed? Delete it.
  • Does anything marked HUMAN-ONLY actually have an AI-suitable sub-step? Allocation is human, but the summary of last quarter's allocation disputes is not.
  • Is the hours estimate yours or its guess? Only your figure is real.
